Terms of Service

Effective July 20, 2026

These terms govern use of the FieldResponse website and requests for information about FieldResponse lead-response services. A separate written service order, invoice, or agreement will control any paid engagement.

Website and request form

You may use this site for lawful business purposes. Information you submit must be accurate and must not include content you lack authority to provide. Submitting a form requests contact and review; it does not create a customer relationship, reserve capacity, or guarantee acceptance.

Founding offer

The website currently describes a founding Core offer of $297 per month, $0 setup for the first five accepted founding clients, month to month, with no paid advertising included. Availability, exact scope, start date, billing method, and cancellation mechanics must be confirmed in writing before service begins.

Voice AI usage, telephone/SMS charges, advertising, social-media management, regulatory add-ons, and other services are not included unless they are expressly listed in the customer's written order.

No guaranteed business result

FieldResponse provides website, capture, response, CRM, workflow, hosting, and related operational infrastructure within the agreed scope. FieldResponse does not guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, bookings, response by a customer's staff, or any specific business outcome.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful, and current business information and approvals.
• Confirm licenses, service claims, pricing, availability, reviews, and images before publication.
• Respond to customers and operate the system lawfully.
• Obtain any consent required for calls, texts, email, recording, transcription, or AI use.
• Protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or unsolicited activity; impersonation; fabricated reviews or results; unauthorized scraping or account automation; cold robocalling; or processing sensitive health, payment, identity, or authentication data through an unapproved workflow.

Third-party services

FieldResponse may depend on third-party hosting, CRM, communications, calendar, domain, AI, and security providers. Their availability, policies, usage charges, and technical limits may change. A written customer order will identify material pass-through charges or customer-owned accounts when applicable.

Intellectual property and demonstrations

FieldResponse's website, software, brand, templates, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law unless a written agreement says otherwise. Concept websites, fictional records, generated images, and demonstrations are examples only and may not be presented as real customer work or results.

Availability and changes

We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue website content or an offer. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material paid-service changes will be handled under the applicable written customer agreement.

Liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FieldResponse is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting solely from use of this informational website or reliance on a demonstration. Any paid-service warranty, liability allocation, governing law, and dispute process will be stated in the written agreement accepted by the customer.
